A FIRE OCCURRED AT THE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT ON 12/6/2019. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONTACTED JOHN BEVIS THAT SAME NIGHT AT APPROXIMATELY 6:30 AM. JOHN BEVIS INSPECTED FAMILY HOUSE AT APPROXIMATELY 8:00 PM. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE MANAGER, HE WAS INFORMED AT A SMALL FIRE OCCURRED IN THE KITCHEN AND IT WAS CONTROLLED USING A FIRE EXTINGUISHER. DURING HIS INSPECTION, HE OBSERVED THE FACILITY TO BE IN THE PROCESS OF CLEANING UP AND DISCARDING FOOD PRODUCT. THE FACILITY WAS CLOSED FOR THE DAY. JOHN BEVIS INFORMED THE MANAGER THAT THE FACILITY MAY OPEN TOMORROW AFTER BEING INSPECTED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
ON 12/7/2019, JOHN BEVIS CONDUCTED A REINSPECTION OF THE FACILITY AT APPROXIMATELY 6:30 AM. ALL KITCHEN SURFACES SURROUNDING THE FIRE WERE CLEANED AND SANITIZED AND ALL POTENTIALLY CONTAMINATED FOOD ITEMS WERE DISCARD. NO IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD OBSERVED. THIS FACILITY IS ALLOWED TO RE-OPEN. |
